Mrs. Mierlak joined our Ballard Team in 2017. She worked in the shard position, between Ballard and Ring Lardner the first year, then moved to Ballard Elementary full time in the Fall of 2018. Mrs. Mierlak handles the office duties, anywhere from nurse to receptionist to counselor.
